Stone walls, the scent of jasmine, an extraordinary little Villa just for 2, a love nest and a place for shared dreams. The Villa is completely immersed in a unique natural setting: the Balze del Valdarno, which have retained their charm and fascination for millions of years.
Even Leonardo Da Vinci was enraptured by it, so much so that it is thought that the rocky spires and earthy waves typical of the landscape that you will enjoy from the Villa, were represented by this Tuscan artist in the background of the Mona Lisa.

INTERIOR
Rustic but refined furnishings, graphic lines, warm colors and a dreamy atmosphere, this is our Villa Casa Vecchia, a divine 3-level cottage.
The ground floor is always gently flooded with natural light that filters through the large glass openings, the original entrances to the farmhouse, skillfully restored to maintain their authentic splendour. On the ground floor, there is an open living room with an open plan kitchen, and a large stone fireplace, as well as a small bathroom.
OUTDOORS
Villa Casa Vecchia is a dream oasis for peace and relaxation. In this place the only things you’ll hear are the sounds of nature, of birds, and of the wind blowing through the green fronds of the trees.
Under the large pergola you’ll be able to enjoy comfortable lunches and dinners outside, thanks also to the bbq provided. Butterflies and a few hares will keep you company, and at sunset the roe deer will come to visit.
To complete this idyllic picture, there is a small salt water swimming pool, above ground, with a solarium area, sunbeds and umbrella.
