INTERIOR
Villa il Palagio is divided into two blocks: the Villa and the Barn. The three-story Villa offers interiors of timeless charm, in which classic and modern elements have been harmoniously combined.
On the ground floor you’ll find the beating heart of the Villa: the large and bright dining room, flowing in a continuum between the inside and the outside areas, thanks to the large glass doors from which you can access the garden and the panoramic terrace.
Adjoining is the kitchen, equipped with every comfort, where you can meet for a private cooking class, or for the “ritual” of Italian coffee.
OUTDOORS
Villa Il Palagio overlooks olive groves and woods that bring to mind the backgrounds and landscapes that feature in Tuscan Renaissance paintings.
Walking in the garden will be like living inside one of these paintings: a soft carpet of grass underfoot, the play of shadows from the large oak tree, the old well as a sentinel of the enormous beauty that is visible all around you.
The view extends from the mountains to the Arno valley, and the Castle that seems on fire with the sunset. Then there is the kaleidoscope of colors, sounds and scents that nature generously gives us every day, and the pure enchantment of experiencing life as a painting.
Going down the stairs from the terrace is the jewel of the Villa: the private salt water infinity pool. Here your days will be full of fun, relaxation and well-being, thanks also to the wellness area with a sauna, in front of the swimming pool.
