Tasting notes: White Florals, Citrus, Bergamot, Peach
Panama Adaura Coffee Finca Lorayne Geisha Washed Mosto Wooden Tray Dried Bandeja comes from Big Sur Coffee, sourced from Marcus Jovanny Duran's celebrated Finca Lorayne in El Salto, Boquete, Panama — a four-generation family farm that won 1st Place in the Geisha Washed category at the Best of Panama 2024, a momentous achievement named in tribute to his grandparents Adalberto and Aura Rosas. This Geisha lot undergoes a 48-hour Mosto washed fermentation before being slow-dried on wooden trays — a distinctive Bandeja drying method that imparts exceptional clarity and texture. Super light roasted and vivid, the result is a refined, fruit-forward cup with notes of hibiscus, citrus, red berries, and sugar tangerine.
