These wellness massages are carried out by qualified and expert personnel, and are available by appointment only.

If you wish, we can help you with transfers to and from the major airports, or the most important railway connections.

CHARGING POINT FOR ELECTRIC CARS
At the estate, near the gate of the Poggiolino structure, you will find a column with a type 2 connector, with an available power source of up to 7kw.
The service is payable, and the cost depends on the current market price of energy.
By providing this new service to our customers, we are happy and proud to contribute to the pursuit of sustainable transport, providing electric car owners the opportunity to stay in the Tenuta di Rota with maximum ease and convenience.

Knowing your arrival time will allow us to be quicker and more efficient in organizing check-in.
Check-in is from 15.00 to 20.00

An independent stay
All the apartments and Villas in the Estate have a fully equipped kitchen, where you will find: pots and pans, cooking utensils, cutlery, plates, glasses, Italian Moka coffee pot, kitchen towels and dishwashing liquid.
The rental includes a clean apartment or villa, with sheets and towels provided. So we kindly ask you, on your part, to leave your accommodation in good condition, and with dishes and crockery left clean and washed. Thank you!
You will find satellite TV, a safe, metal grilles on the doors and windows, and an alarm system.
Electricity, gas, water and Wi-Fi are included in the price of your stay.
Heating in the winter months, on the other hand, will be charged separately, based on market cost.
Tourist/City Tax is an extra cost that we pay to the Metropolitan City of Florence, based on how many nights and how many guests we have staying in our various structures.
SWIMMING POOLS
Pool areas are open from 8:30 am to 8:30 pm
For your enjoyment, you will find 2 swimming pools: the first is 16x8m with a depth of 140cm and with salt water; the second is 12x6m with a depth of 60cm and with chlorinated water.
In the pool area there is a bathroom with changing room and shower at your disposal.
You will also find a small Honesty Bar with cold drinks and ice creams.
Access to children is ONLY allowed in the presence of adults.
Cleaning and maintenance
The cleaning of the properties is weekly, so there is not daily cleaning and change of linen. For those who have booked a two-week stay, towels are changed and the bathrooms are cleaned, free of charge, on Friday or Saturday, based on what you agree during the week.
However, if you require it, you can ask us for extra changes of towels, which you will then pay for at the end of your stay.
Air Conditioning and Heating
The apartments and Villas in the estate are generally cool, thanks to their thick walls. However, you will find air conditioning in all the bedrooms.
If the weather is cold and you feel the need, you can turn on the heating. Each unit has independent heating, which will be charged separately.
We pride ourselves in having respect for the environment that surrounds us, and we prefer not to waste energy needlessly, either for air conditioning, or heating.
Wi-Fi
We have a free Wi-Fi internet connection, to which you will need to register using a valid email address and password.
These credentials will be used by you each time you want to access the internet.
We would like to inform our guests that the estate is located in open countryside, and that our Wi-Fi will never be Hi-speed, but for normal use it has a adequate connection.

If anything goes wrong, or does not work correctly during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible, and we will try to fix it quickly.
