La Fattoria (The Farm) is a luxurious villa surrounded by the Tuscan countryside. It consists of a main building with a staircase that overlooks a private courtyard, all paved and enclosed. La Taverna (The Tavern) can also be seen from there.
On the back side, instead, the access to the Villa has no steps: very convenient for people with walking difficulties. The same access also takes you to the pool area.
INTERIOR
The Villa, divided into two main blocks, is a modern farm in the green countryside.
Climbing the main staircase you will come to a porch, a lounge with sofas made to relax and enjoy the surrounding landscape.
Entering, you notice the elegance that distinguishes the house: looking up you can see the beams and decorative ornaments on the ceiling; a large fireplace will welcome you in the living room. Crossed the first threshold on the right side we find a TV area and a refined dining table. The kitchen is not very large, but it has everything you need, from the oven to the stove, from the coffee machine to the kettle. Between the kitchen and the living area, there is also a small bathroom.
Always on the first floor, next to the large fireplace, there are the first 2 double bedrooms. Bright, spacious and very tasteful. The bathroom with a shower is located in between the two bedrooms.

Villa La Fattoria is surrounded by the greenery of the countryside
The pool area is another showpiece of the villa. The swimming pool is 14×6 m and 140 cm deep. In the round part there are steps with water jets, the water is salty and the pool can also be heated so that it can be used even in the middle of the season when the temperatures are lower.
It is equipped with umbrellas, sunbeds, a living area under the gazebo and another area with a table and a side grill. It is also equipped with a bathroom, a shower and a dressing room with a sauna.
OUTDOORS
Villa Il Palagio overlooks olive groves and woods that bring to mind the backgrounds and landscapes that feature in Tuscan Renaissance paintings.
Walking in the garden will be like living inside one of these paintings: a soft carpet of grass underfoot, the play of shadows from the large oak tree, the old well as a sentinel of the enormous beauty that is visible all around you.
The view extends from the mountains to the Arno valley, and the Castle that seems on fire with the sunset. Then there is the kaleidoscope of colors, sounds and scents that nature generously gives us every day, and the pure enchantment of experiencing life as a painting.
Going down the stairs from the terrace is the jewel of the Villa: the private salt water infinity pool. Here your days will be full of fun, relaxation and well-being, thanks also to the wellness area with a sauna, in front of the swimming pool.
The sunsets that you will see from the poolside will be unforgettable, when the sky is painted in a thousand colors, different every evening, and the last rays of the sun illuminate the horizon like the lights of a special, meditative performance.
